The Paisley pattern has fascinated me since an early age, ever since my grandad gave me a treasured silk Tootal scarf. Originally imported to Europe from Kashmir, its distinctive shapes have been interpreted in various ways, symbolising the mango, cypress tree, and even teardrops.
This collection is my homage to that cherished scarf—and to my dear grandad.
