Gift Cards (Physical)

It’s not always easy shopping for someone so how about a gift card?

Select a Gift Card value and then once you have completed your purchase you will receive a Gift Card coupon code via post within 3 working days.

How to redeem a physical card:

• Add the products to your basket as normal, once finished proceed to Checkout or View Basket
• Add the Gift Card coupon code in the Coupon Code field and click “Apply Coupon”
• Your discount will then be applied and you can checkout normally

T&Cs:
The gift card is valid for 18 months from date of purchase.

1. By using the gift card (digital or physical), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
If you purchased the card for someone else you should give the user a copy of these T&Cs or advise the recipient that these T&Cs are available online. The card remains the property of The Clerkenwell Jeweller Ltd. You should retain the original receipt or record of purchase of the card and the card number as it may be required to assist you with respect to errors or if your card is lost or stolen.
2. The card is a prepaid gift card that is activated once purchased. It can only be used for purchasing jewellery at The Clerkenwell Jeweller. There are no fees associated with using the card.
3. The card cannot be used to make purchases that exceed the available balance, if that is the case, the difference will need to be paid.
4. Treat the card as cash as it may not be replaced if misused, stolen or damaged.
5. We may restrict or stop the use of the card if suspicious activities are noticed or we do not receive funds from you in the full amount of the activated balance of the card.
